Post Trying to contact TimeScapes regarding order. Please Help!
Hello,

I have been trying to contact TimeScapes for nearly 6 months with no success. I placed an order for a 4K H264 USB stick in March. My credit card was charged, but I never received the product. I have repeatedly emailed sales@timescapes.org and have also personally emailed Tom Lowe and Nigel Stanford. I have never received a single response to these emails. The most luck I have had so far was to contact Tom Lowe on facebook--he told me he has no knowledge of the sales on the timescapes.org website.

I am very frustrated and am hoping someone in this form (perhaps the moderator) can help me track down this order.

Thanks you very much.

I can't speak for the other Mods but I don't have any access to or any relationship with the Timescapes video. Sorry not able to help.

Best bet would be to send Tom proof of purchase receipts etc... If he can't help you i doubt anyone can...

Here is the response I got from Tom via facebook:
Quote:
we had some girl working for us who did not send out orders, and got fired. i thought they should be caught up by now. maybe email Nigel Stanford <nigel at rubbermonkey.co.nz> and see if he knows. im not involved in those operations, really. sorry about that!

Of course I tried Nigel and never got any response either.

I just find it absurd that they continue to accept orders on the website but don't actually fulfill them! And that their published customer service email addresses are black holes from which no response ever escapes. Still hoping that someone on this forum can help put me in touch with the right people.

mod edit: i'm going to alter Nigel email for the spambots
