adobe after effect ( how to add sound )
Hello! I already understand how to make time lapse in after effects But for a reason a can't understand' i can't hear the sound ??
The way i do it is… 1. Import an MP3 file 2. Drop the MP3 file to the project (like in the image i attach)
But when i press play NO sound? The time code start to run its look like it's playing, but no sound?
Anybody know what am i doing wrong ?
Thank you

You need to do a RAM preview. Take a look at this: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/AfterEffect ... 7ec9a.htmland dont forget to enable the audio when you make your movie.

I mean it's too long' where is the part that show me how? What most people do : Read all of it. I'm lazy and want it done for me version : press the "0" key on your numpad. If it doesn't work, read all of it on the URL that was given to you.

Well my friend first of all I am not "lazy" let me tell you a secret, in this planet not all of as speaking English as a first languish English is my second languish, and I learned to read and speak only from the internet because you can't find all this software's in my languish. So as much as I try to do it on my on sometimes I ask for an assistant and most of the times people are more than happy to assist me , however sometimes someone must …. ( you know what ) Here is an advice, next time before you come to conclusion, try to make sure if you got the all picture and not some of it

Re: adobe after effect ( how to add sound )
Nikon, for an app like AE, this is really short. At the very least, look at the section in bold: "Use RAM preview to play video and audio" as it is where you should start.
I am lazy today, and I just don't want to re-type something if it is already done... Hence the link...
If you need more, there are plenty of YouTube and Video Copilot tutorials out there as well, but really, the page listed above is really concise and appropriate to your question.
Also Nikon, Kaouthia is someone I've learned a lot from, and as I read his retort, I felt it was meant in jest, and not meant to be mean... And he did give you a short-cut when he said: "press the "0" key on your numpad."
When I was forced to learn Spanish in college, one of the hardest things to learn in another language, is humor, especially cynical humor... It is one of the best lessons I learned from the 3 years, and something I value to this day...

Perhaps if you did, we would be able to find you the appropriate help page in your native language. And yes, thanks Bertha, it was just meant as a gentle joke.
