 Powering a Pentax WG-1 for weeks?
Hi;
I've got a Go Pro WG-1 (So, no GPS or other features). So far it's been ok, but I've run into a problem because the battery dies after about thirty hours, and I want to film an oak tree budding... which takes at LEAST a few days, of course.
So I'm looking for a way to plug this thing into the wall and leave it like that for a couple months. In fact, for a later project, I'd like to run this for a full year.
Right now I'm thinking of hacking a fake, wall-powered "battery" to tape in there, but I wanted to ask first if there was some feature on this thing I'm not aware about that would let me run it permanently in a more legitimate way.
Anyone have any ideas?
