Post Tips: Milapse quirks [for anyone whose new]
I usually dont publish my research because it takes me many hours to do, but i believe the timeismotion system is really quite a generous gift considering motion control starts as low as $10,000, so here are some observations that may save a few shots.

Rules to prevent milapse freakouts:

[*]350deg/min is the maximum horizontal speed
[*]250deg/min is the maximum vertical speed
[*]The # of steps must be same for inclination and declination.

A simple method to translate your realtime move into timelapse, first calcuate your scale factor:

TimelapseSPF / RealtimeSPF = Scale factor (thats SPF as in seconds/frame; timelapse notation).

Then scale your settings:
Timelapse Times = Realtime time-settings x scale factor.
Timapse Speed = Realtime degrees-per-minute / scale factor.

ex. you want to translate a move from 30fps (1/30 or .03sec/frame) to 3spf (3/1 or 3sec/frame):

3/.03 = 100 (a 100x scale factor)
