 Long Term Time Lapse Clients
Wondering how to bill a long term client for 2-3 year camera installations. Anyone have any experience with this or suggestions? Should I buy the units and rent them back, or should I just have them purchase them up front? Or? Thanks!

Re: Long Term Time Lapse Clients
Both are options, but it depends on your cash flow (can you afford to buy the units up-front and then rent them out?) and who you want to be the owner of the equipment at the end of the project. However you deal with equipment costs, make sure you charge a monthly fee for your service and labor component, and not a lump sum only at the end of two years!
