I have really been getting into Time Lapse work recently, and really enjoy it!

At my University Graduation, I time lapsed the whole thing, and shared it all over through different channels, and it's been getting a lot of exposure among university officials, etc. The alumni organization blogged about it, and it's spreading pretty well.
Well, today I got an email from someone who would like to buy this piece. I have no idea how to answer.

I do know a couple of questions that I'll ask her, but wanted to get more info from the pros here:

1. Is she affiliated with the University? (This would change a lot of things)
2. What is her use for the time lapse going to be?
3. Does she want full rights to it? (Would this mean that I can't keep it on my website, etc?)

Please help me with any other questions that I can ask her, as well as pricing info.

any and all help is appreciated, as I'm not very business minded and don't want to undersell this, because it's one of my best works so far, and also don't want to overquote as to lose potential income! I am, after all just a broke college kid!
