Hi Guys,

I'm getting an undesirable effect in my time-lapse where the stars flicker/twinkle as the milk way is rotating through the scene.

I'm using manual shutter/aperture settings and manual ISO, white balance, etc

I tried using a adobe after affects plugin called GBDeflicker, but with no success.

Does anyone have any suggestions how i would get around this problem?

Ive uploaded a clip to youtube below to illustrate the problem

Thanks

Kerrin

Couldn't really make it out, the flickering on the tree was too distracting. But it could possibly be artifacts left by any noise reduction you've done?

Looks like noise to me. A good noise reduction plugin is Neat Video.
