Post sunlight to stars with aperture priority?
I've had good luck with deflickering aperture priority time lapse for sunsets, but is there any way to extend this to include stars and dark skies? In other words, are there any tricks that allow the camera to accept a dark sky/star scene as "sufficient exposure time" (say, in 30 seconds)? I'm currently using a Canon 6D and knock-off intervalometer.

Depending on the light, I'd suggest an even higher ISO of 3200. I shoot all my astro stuff at either 3200 or 6400, never any lower.
