Hi,
I am new to the forums, and relativly new to timelaps too.
I shoot a lot of landscapes and astro (with a gigapan epic pro)- checkout
https://500px.com/RobDickinsonhttps://www.facebook.com/RobDickinsonPhotographyI understand photography and processing, and want to get into timelaps, here are a couple of test plays this week.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p813rCtcAtIhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSXk27bBGzII'm curretly using a 6d, giga t pro2 as a remote, and will probably stick ML on it at some point. also mucking around with qDSLRDashboard but no full test of it yet. Currently procesing these in lightroom and using a slideshow plugin to create a movie.
I want 4k timelaps, flickr free, 'holy grail' stuff day to night + astro, and I want movement ( 2 axis, and slider).
So looking at options for gear and software in general, there is a lot of it about!
Looks like EMotimo TB3 with a light slider ( I suspect 2-3ft would be fine) and GBTimelaps, or ML or qDSLRDashboard would be a good place to start!
I also wonder if the gigapan feature of the TB3 would be good enough to replac the gigapan for astro...
Anyhow, hi!
