Its a nice sunset. The clouds are nice. You can see them forming and dissipating as you watch. Films like this were amazing when I first started. Keep at it. You'll find other things that look interesting when speeded up. Everyone does moving clouds, traffic, crowds moving, the tide if you live near the ocean. Its so cool to have this amazing tool to let you see things that were previously invisible.
Don't be disuaded by lack of comments or attention early on, people who have been on this forum for years have gone on to more challenging shoots, and the stuff we all shot in the beginning gets old. There are so many new members joining all the time and the "my first timelapse" movies are generally things everyone has seen a million times. I guess the challenge is to think of something interesting that has not been done a million times before.
