Post Question about lenses and settings
Hello, I have

Canon EOS 50D
Canon EF 28mm F/2.8
Canon EF 50mm F/1.8 II
Canon EF 85mm F/1.8 USM
Samyang 8mm F/3.5 Aspherical IF MC Fish-eye

and netbook Asus EEE 1000h

Can I made some nice time lapse with my camera and my lenses?
On some website I read that automatic aperture made no nice "jumping on movie"

Can I setup my netbook to my camera to made automatic time lapse? Because price of TC-80N3 is 50% of my netbook...

What settings do you setup on camera to made time lapse? what time, f/, iso etc, just for example, because I never made time lapse...

If you buy one of the cheap timers from ebay or even Amazon, you should be able to get one for about $40

Your 5D would have come with a Utilities disc loaded with camera software.
There is an application under "Remote Capture" or similar that allows you to use your computer as an intervalometer.

Regarding your settings, expose as you would normally when taking a regular photo and then pick an interval - for example shoot some moving clouds and experiment with different intervals- eg. 1, 2, 5 ,10 seconds etc. until you find an interval that you like.

but that is 50D :<

and whatever, I dont wanna crash it, so I will do TimeLapse with my Sony DSC-H20 on HD 720p VIDEO, problem is that it can record only 29min...

and what progz will be good to fast it and add Ken_Burns_Effect? because with Sony Vegas and Pinacle I have problems (errors, in first with codec, in second with 'errors' in movie, like some kick camera, when in player is clear nice)
