Post Photoshop workflow for tilt-shift effect
I've been researching how to achieve tilt-shift effect using Photoshop and am curious what's the best workflow when applying to several hundred RAW files. The steps I'm using are:

1. open the .CR2 file in Photoshop which opens it in Camera Raw. I make my adjustments (exposure, vibrance, saturation, etc.) and click Open Image.
2. now in Photoshop proper I got to Quick Mask Mode, create a gradient, and add a lens blur effect.

That's about what I want to do. Just curious how I can do this to a batch of RAW files to speed up the process.

Edit to add: Photoshop CC 2015, Camera Raw 9.1.1

It is much faster and easier to apply the tilt-shift effect in After Effect on the raw/tiff sequence.
You have to do it only once, you can even animate the effect (moving the in-focus area), and you can save it as a template and apply it to all your footage.
There are many ways to do it, but my favourite is to create a blur map layer and use the camera lens blur effect (plus colour correction depending on personal tastes with levels, saturation, sharpening, etc).
I used this technique to do the following short films for example:
