Nice to see you experiment with so many different things. The growing plants were very cool.
The shot of the snow was nice, but the camera support seems to be moving a bit (around 0:30).
I'd either reshoot something like that or leave it out next time.
Good photographers shoot tons of bad shots, they just don't let anyone see them. Lots and lots of awesome shots in there without it.
The beginning shot with the sunset has some distracting light on the nearby plants.
That shot would be awesome with some much dimmer light on the foreground plants all the way through. Getting the brightness of fill light is real tricky. It will take some experimenting to get that right but its worth it. If possible, do test stills the night before, well after dark. Adjust the fill light after each shot until it looks natural with the sky lighting (somewhat dimmer than the sky). Its easy to get it too bright.

This is ace! I'm new to timelapse too and you've given me some ideas of things to shoot. Certain sequences are a little rough round the edges but it looks like a huge amount of effort has gone into this. How big was the file size of the final video? I'm struggling with retaining quality whilst keeping file sizes acceptable.

Keep up the good work!
