I am having trouble removing the gear from the shaft of my old Stage Zero dolly motor. Any suggestions? I've tried levering, hitting, freezing, heating... It won't budge. pic attached.

I did it! The secret was MORE HEAT! (over the gas cooktop)

Actually the easiest way to do it is:

- first unscrew the 4 motor mount screws (to avoid the motor falling apart you can tape it together before or carefully after)
- flip the cart upside down
- and use a screwdriver and hammer (a punch tool works even better but a screwdriver is usually handy)
- place the screwdriver point on the center of the motor shaft
- tap with the hammer to drive it through the drive pulley and free
